1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using B2BKAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

B2BKAR provides business discovery tools that help users find publicly listed business information by area, city, state or country. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. Businesses may register through an authorised representative.

4. Account and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passcode or password.
  • Each account may be used on one device at a time; logging in elsewhere may sign you out.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current business and contact information.

5. Subscription and payments

  • Plans are billed through Razorpay and are subject to 18% GST.
  • Silver, Gold and Platinum plans are annual commitments unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Renewals are automatic until cancelled by the account owner.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for spam, harassment or illegal activities.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer or overload our systems.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised users.
  • Use lead data in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Data and content

You retain ownership of the data you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

B2BKAR is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any lead data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment or activity that harms the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
